They were scared that if it was a civil right issue the one found guilty would be granted his/her rights to live, but if it is left as a liberties issue the judge and jury or the suppose mom to be can pass ruling and request that everyone else is forced by law to pay the implementation whether or not they overlook the implementation.

I believe that abortion has an emotional impact on everyone but I think it really affects the fetus itself.
