Based on Dr. Miller’s schedule, what scheduling variation is being used?
The schedule variation used in Dr. Miller's office I thought was two hours between each three patients. Today things aren't going as planned because Dr. Miller is taking a short day and the drug representative showing up.
The office is usually closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch. New patient visits usually last about one hour. Can Shannon Reece see Dr. Miller tomorrow?
I believe she can because Rina Brown cancelled and if they allow her to take Rinna's spot then as long as she comes to the office and gets her registration papers in quickly she'll be ok. The appointment won't take but an hour because the doctor will come in introduce his/her self and go from

Dr. Albert Lambert purchased a gun October 6, 2013 and a gun cleaning kit for a 22 caliber ten (10) days prior to the murder of Kimberly Lindsey (WPBF.com). This brutal act of domestic violence leaves three children without a mother and subsequently a father. This incident has flooded the radio, newspapers, television and internet since the ordeal started in West Palm Beach, Florida on October 27, 2013 and ended on November 4, 2013 in Miami as Sheriff’s deputies discovered Lambert’s sister and boyfriend removing Lambert’s corpse from her sisters Miami home upon their arrival to arrest and charge Dr. Lambert for the death of his ex-wife Kimberly Lindsey.
Dott “Dorothy” Case was an extremely influential woman in the health care field. She became a doctor, instructor, associate professor, surgeon, and cheifship of surgery. She created her own private practice, became director of public health for the Philadelphia Federation of Women’s Clubs and allied organizations, and created the Dorothy Case-Blechschmidt Cancer Health Clinic of Doctor’s Hospital. In addition to all her accomplishments Dorothy was also a mother, and a wife. She is an exceptional example of the endless limits a woman can reach in the field of health professions.

Leaders in the school have hard decisions to help make on a daily basis. They need to evaluate their decisions to make sure they are ethical and effective. Administrators need to listen to all sides of a situation and evaluate all options before they make a decision. This process is difficult because administrators need to make sure that all parties involved are satisfied with the decision that was formed.
There is a widespread assumption that only physicians can be found guilty of medical malpractice. However, nurses are now required to have malpractice insurance, as well. The Cambridge Dictionary defines malpractice as “the failure of a doctor or other professional to do his or her job with a reasonable degree of skill, esp. when that person’s actions or failure to act causes injury or loss” (n.d., def. 1). There are some lawsuit-happy people in today’s society that seek lofty payments for malpractice claims, on the other hand, a vast amount of malpractice lawsuits are justifiable.

In today's health care environment many factors contribute to quality care. As a medical practice manager it is important to provide the best medical service for patients in addition to excellent levels of service. Appointment scheduling is a very important aspect of a smooth running medical practice. Appointment cancellation, no shows, and long waiting time by patients have a negative impact on the efficient running of the practice not only in lost revenue but the practices professional reputation as well (Kruse 2010).

I have been at my site for about four weeks now and I have been able to see all my clients that were assigned to me. Currently I am getting more familiar with the system and have four clients, who I am seeing now (three are “telecounseling” and one is “in person”). I am also a part of a process group (one of my professional interests). I am hoping to keep my caseload to four for now and possibly pick up one more “in person” client later in the semester if needed. I am now getting into the routine of using the telecounseling system and starting to think about my treatment planning because I will have to create my treatment plans this week to present to my clients. At our site, we present the treatment plan between the third and fourth session.
