When people start to have these different ideas or opinions about a religion they are also looking at Jesus in a different light than before. Religion and Jesus might be related to each other in some ways, but they are also different in other ways. Everyone has his or her own views and beliefs on how Jesus might view religion; some state Jesus loves the idea of religion while others state that he despises the idea and opinions of it. While the terms religion and Jesus might be related in some ways, certain people believe that Jesus wanted to abolish the idea of religion itself. The basis of the video states that religion and Jesus are both equally loved by its followers. Spirit Juice Studios makes a point on the people that come to church and refuse to listen to the message. It is not the fault of religion; It is the fault of the person. This video was made in response to the other video, Why I hate Religion, but Love Jesus, in order to try and disprove some of the ideas that were claimed in the first video. The first video also claims that religion starts wars but it fails to feed the poor, while the second video states that religion is the largest worldwide source of relief for the poor and the hungry. In conclusion, Religion is neither a want nor a need, but is both. There are times when humans “need” god and there are times when they have a choice in whether they want him in their lives. Humanity has an inner need for a god in times of despair that reaches the surface of their bodies upon utter disaster and distress. Therefore, religion is both a want and need under the condition that an individual is suffering extenuating circumstances in their life that requires a god and upon the dissolution of such circumstances, it is therefore a fundamental want.
When Jesus walked on this earth over 2000 years ago, there was a division among the Jews on wither or not He was the true Messiah that He claimed He was. The Jews believed that He was not the true Messiah because of many substantial and vital distinctions between Judaism and Christianity. It must be remembered that Christianity emerged from Judaism, but not on a straight line. To say that the two religions are completely different would be a complete misstatement. Jesus was created by God and deemed to be his son. He preached Jewish reform to all who would listen. In addition, he was known to heal the sick and cast away evil demons. Jesus was always able to control, but not create. He didn’t create any defense for himself when he was about to be killed, but he did make a martyr of himself. The death of Jesus creates a completely separate religion from Judaism. This split God’s people into two different sections. Later, one began persecuting the other, and in some places, hasn’t stopped to this day. This is not the outcome that God would’ve wanted.

The role of the prophets Muhammad and Jesus was to be messengers of God. They both had different Gods but had the same idea of what their God had said to them. For example, Muhammad like stated in the Qur’an is the messenger of Allah. Jesus on the other hand is the messenger of God in the bible. They’re mission was to spread the word to everyone of what God commanded to them. The prophet’s purpose was to explain the plan and purpose of God and inform other individuals about it. When comparing both Muhammad and Jesus there are similarities and differences in the role that they both played and what they believed.

Religion is the one element of life that has connected the races and societies of the world for hundreds of years. It has given meaning to lives that may seem otherwise hopeless. Religion has provided for a universal language and culture among those who believe in a higher power. The spirit or being receiving the worship and praise may not be the same, but the practices are usually similar and serve the same purpose--to give direction, insight, courage, and a divine connection.
