The google definition of silence is the complete absence of sound. I think that the meaning of silence is much more than we realise. Although silence is a small and not obvious action it can tell a lot about one’s feelings and personality. Some people don’t know silence well enough and some know silence too much. Personally I think I can relate to silence because of my personality. I have learned a lot up to these years and it has made me stronger as a person. Things that are left unsaid are normally the most truthful things. On the other hand some things are left unsaid because you are helping the other person involved by keeping it to yourself. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can say is nothing at all.Through these past high school years one thing that will always stay the same is humors that people seem to spread all the time. This may give them pleasure as it is something interesting but is never a mature response. I have caught on, that silence is the best answer as silence can never be misquoted. Another thing I have grasped onto is that there is something worse than anger. You can always tell when someone is upset because they verbally express it, but silence is one way you can really know you did something wrong. Being a silent person I have started to realise I can hear more things also. When you want to hear someone or when someone wants to hear you, you need to become silent.
