Do you think money can buy happiness? Happiness can be all different types of things to people, but there are 3 things that cannot be bought for happiness. Being happy is a major necessity in life. Money can’t buy happiness which are friends, family, and true love.
First of all, money cannot buy friends. In some ways, spending money on your partner won't last forever. It’s not sustainable so when the money being spended on them stops they’re going to think you’re a different person and this can lead to mistrust in your relationship. When the money stops being spended you’re not going to be the same person they thought you were. A partner with money and without money are two totally different people (Hamm).In addition, one article states that the best way to win someone is to win them over with the person you are don’t hide yourself with your money. We’re so caught up on how much money we have, we don’t realize what we really enjoy is there but we don’t pay attention (Stafford). Next, people who won big money on lottery were no happier than people who had tickets but didn’t win. It seems that if you have enough money to dodge the hardships in life, then having lots of money doesn’t make you any more happier than not having money (Stafford). Finally, you have to live life with meaning and you don’t need money to bring that meaning.
