Dave Pelzer has had an interesting life. He went from having a good life till a awful one very fast. He lived with his mom the first twelve years of his life, then moved into a foster home. He moved out at eighteen. He met a girl not long after; them got married and had a child. Dave Pelzer has had a not so great life, he has been through many struggles, and his life is very far from perfect. Dave Pelzer was born on December 29, 1960 in San Francisco, California. He was born as David James Pelzer (DavePelzerBio). At one time he had a great life. Dave hasn’t always had a bad life. He was loved once by his mother. His mother and father once loved each other. At one time he had a “Picture Perfect Family”. At once he had a wonderful, regular childhood life. He was loved by all of his family. At an early age in his life, he mother became an alcoholic. She started beating her son. He was a young boy when this happened. He thought it was normal. Dave thought his mommy was showing him love. Shortly after, his mom and dad starting arguing a lot, Dave wasn’t sure what was going on. Later, his family was torn apart. His dad moved out, and became an alcoholic also. The abuse started getting really bad. His mom only beat him, not the other children. For about 8 years of his life, he was beaten by his mother. At twelve years old, his teacher called the police, the came and took him away. They left his other brothers in the home. Dave was placed with many foster homes, until they finally found a good one for him. He stayed with Turnboughs until he was eighteen. He worked part time jobs most of his teenage years. He eventually started calling the mom and dad. They became his family. He loved them like the where really his family. The meant the wo... ... middle of paper ... ... He just couldn’t believe it. Not long after they got really serious. Shortly after later his girlfriend got pregnant. So, he decided he had to marry her. All of his coworkers knew it was the wrong thing. They knew it wouldn’t be good thing. They all knew it was a mistake. Everyone tried to talk to him, but he didn’t listen. He knew what he had to do, so he did it. They got married and had the baby. Not long after his foster dad pasted away. Then he got a divorce (AManNamedDave). Today, Dave Pelzer is 49 (Bizography.com). He now lives in Rancho Mirage California (answers.com). David Pelzer had one kid with his first wife Phyllis Pelzer. His son name is Stephen Joseph Pelzer (chacha.com). Now as you can tell, Dave has had one interesting life. It wasn’t always perfect, but he did what he had to do. He made something out of nothing. Dave was and is still a strong man.
