Dahee Pyo is a youth group leader at the 701 Korean Church in Lynchburg. She is a sophomore at the Liberty University and majoring Youth Ministry. She is only 20 years old but recently started working as a youth group leader at 701 Korean Church. What she does there is leading the youth group. They have a youth group on every Wednesday from 7pm to 9pm and Sunday from 1:30pm to 2:30pm. What she does there is that she teaches Bible to youth group and leading the discussion. She asks the questions on the Bible that young people can think critically and gives the right meaning of the passage that they can understand correctly. A lot of young people these days are leaving the churches. She is playing the critical role to teach and guide students that they can stay in Christ firmly. She thinks the most sever or the greatest problem facing the community that she serves is the inharmony between younger generation and older generation. There are gap and wall between the generations. Many pastors had been reported committing sexual abuse and many immoral conducts. Morality of the church leader is doubted today. It is important for church leaders to restore the credibility from people, so they can start influencing people’s life again by God’s word. One of the way that they can rebuild the credibility is slowly building a relationship with people. Older people in the church should show young people that they have a right mindset and want to help young people to have a right worldview. It will take a time, but when they come with all their hearts; then young people will also slowly open up their heart. When a true relationship is built, the wall between two different generations can be broken
