King Kaiju
Long ago, in an ancient forest, a giant creature lived a sad and lonely life. This creature was feared by almost all the inhabitants of the forest, and for good reason too. His ancestors had ruled the forest as the dominant predator for generations.
The terrible monstrosity was spoken of in frightened and hushed whispers for fear of attracting the great beast. For as long as it could remember, the monster had no true name except the name of his species. King Kaiju. A creature that stood at least 100 feet tall, armored skin that was as black as night, a giant maw filled with dagger-like teeth, gigantic claws that cut like scythes', and a roar that made the earth itself tremble in fear.

A white-hot anger filled King's entire being, and he let it out. A brilliant flame flew from King's gaping maw, showering Anguirus' form in a great and destructive blast.
As King stood above the charred and dying form of Anguirus, he said only one thing. "Pride cometh before the fall." Then King walked back to his group of new friends, feeling no remorse for taking the life of such a loathsome beast. No longer would King be afraid, for he had conquered his greatest enemy: himself.
As he walked away with the village elders, he knew that he would be able to live a long and happy life from now on. He had discovered a home which wasn't cold and alone, he had discovered a family.
