Fishing is one of my favorite hobbies for the uncertainty and excitement it brings to me. It was a cold morning in the month of June we began our journey. My family and I embark on our trip to go on a fishing trip to Iowa City. Once we arrived there, I can remember the brisk breeze blowing against my face. I could see the cheerful sun rising and greeting everything it could touch with its rays. The air smells like Spring time fresh grass and crisp lake water. I could hear the leaves shaking and the loud whistling of the wind. The peaceful lake was like a mirror reflecting everything it saw. I pull out my fishing reel and I open the container holding the squeamish worms. The smell of the container was terrible like a wet dog. I could taste the terrible odor of the damp mud. I could feel my hand gripping the new metal handle very tightly. I stare cautiously at my bobber for any sudden movements. The sound of fish splashing through the water was in the background of my mind. Being right on the shore I could smell the murky water surrounding me. As I watch my bobber like a hawk, I notice it begins to jerk away from me. My hands clinch the cold metal handle so tight my knuckles turn pale.
