The crown would like to thank the judge and jury for their time on this matter. The crown counsel would like to restate the facts to help the judge and jury make a just decision. First og all, the description of Mr. Magnum matches with the robber, who robbed Mississauga Bank of Commerce on October 1, 2009. Mr. Magnum stated that he does not drive, and after about the same time as the robbery Constable Gumshoe saw a man not driving, but running very quickly. Constable Gumshoe also saw the same man throwing an object into the river. In order to locate the suspect, Constable Gumshoe left the scene and returned a while later. The throwing of the dye pack into the river caused the malfunctioning of the dye pack. Taylor Kurt, the dye pack manufacturer has said that if the dye pack does not explode the money can still be used. Taylor Kurt also said that the timer on the dye pack is usually longer than 10 seconds which gives Mr. Magnum enough time to escape from the crime scene. The time frame stated by Ms. Leslie Creemore cannot be trusted because she said that Kim Magnum returned in half an hour, while Mr. Magnum said that he returned after 45 minutes. As on the scene witness, Leslie Creemore said that she noticed nothing unusual about Mr. Magnum, proving that the bag did not explode; other Leslie Creemore would have seen the red stains on Mr. Magnum. The records also say that Mr. Magnum was spending significant amounts of money, even after paying off his debts. He said he won $500 dollars by betting on horses, but there is no reliable source of where and how he received the rest of the money which he was spending.
