Coming Of Age Ceremony Essay

“Nejin, next week will be your coming of age ceremony. Don’t wander off too far.” Mother reminded me again. Among all the village women, she is the busiest since her son will have his first coming of age ceremony.

Despite being a single mother of the two children, my mother looks so young. Not just my mother, even the village members somehow have all the distinctive aura about them. Looking youthful and beautiful.

Putting the non-important detail aside, recently, I found a secret base reside in the forest quite a far by walking distance from the village. It was a small old shack. The shack has nothing special but when I lied down on the ground beside the shack, there was a particular view while staring at the sky which makes it special.
