From the stone age to the modern age technology has always been reinventing itself, morphing and twisting itself to fill the unknown niche in our daily lives, revolutionizing the way we carry out average day to day task. As far back as I can remember technology has always been an essential aspect in my life, even before I was born it helped my family ensure my mother’s and my own health and safety. When I was younger the realization of how important technology was in my everyday life didn’t occur till I found out I had asthma, in which case I required an inhaler, much to my dismay. Yet as I got older, into my schooling years, I realized that technology would provide the easiest methods and approaches on how to complete task, also it helped broaden my knowledge of the world around me. Even in the future, I hope my life can be prolonged and made easier with the assistance of many new and creative technologies. One of the key things technology assist me in is the daunting task of being on time, and in general planning my day. A crucial piece of technology to me now would be my laptop, with Windows 10 and Cortana. Using Cortana I set daily reminders for myself, whether it be for an important assignment for class or my friend’s birthday. Not only do I use my laptop for setting reminders for myself, but I also use Cortana paired with Internet Explorer to look up anything I need to know. I can search for anything, whether it be tomorrow’s forecast or a question pertaining to that night’s homework. Thanks to this technology, my life is improved immensely, and I can manage my goals for the day
