Climate Change Persuasive Speech

Climate change is on the rise. This is a fact that all real scientists have confirmed; climate change is the issue of the future. And the question is, how are you going to contribute to the fight against climate change? There are hundreds of ways that you can easily and economically help in this fight. We need to think about the future generations. We need to limit the work they will have to do to fix this planet. We only have one Earth, and we need to preserve it. By establishing a greener nation, we can produce a safer environment. We need to find a new method to reduce the pollution that is produced by commuting workers. Energy-efficient electricity is a must. We need to conserve water and recycle appropriately. The future of planet Earth is in our hands.

Gasoline is detrimental to the environment, and this is why I propose a gas free economy. Not only is it harmful to the world around us, but it also makes us dependent on other countries. Why not use this rain efficiently? Another of my proposals includes drinking and showering in rain water. It is completely natural, smells delicious, and is rather refreshing. Not to mention you will never be able to tell the difference between scrumptious rain water or pond water that has been squished into a plastic bottle. And if you are not comfortable drinking the perfectly safe, chemical-less rain water, you can drink bottled water. And on the topic of bottled water, the plastic bottles are clogging up our oceans and are causing concern for all the poor animals that get tangled in the mess. So, if you do refuse to drink rain water, at least have the sympathy to burn your plastic bottles. This prevents them from ending up in the ocean and killing fish and other marine species alike, and we all want to save the fish,
