When trying to make a good decision, a person must weight the positives and negatives of each option, and consider all the alternatives. When management needs to be changed; because of whatever reason, a vacancy ad is placed in various newspapers, on television and on the company Facebook page for persons to apply for the managerial position a suitable candidate is then chosen to take up the position as the manager. After the manager is chosen, that person needs to be trained by Caribbean Motor Spares to perform the tasks and objectives to the standards of the business. When the training is complete, the manager then begins to carry out their respective duties in which ever area they are. Whilst the new manager is carrying out his or her duties, some of the older staff will have to assist the new manager how certain thing should be done. This is to ensure that no mistake is made and everything goes smoothly like it did before. The nature, scope and impact of change management at a strategic level; when management needs to be changed in Caribbean Motor Spares, the CEO/owner usually sets the requirements for the vacancy and place the vacancy in whichever mean he sees fit. When the vacancy is placed and CV’s are coming in, the CEO/owner then shortlist applicants. When he sees suitable applicants, they are then invited for an interview. When all the applicants are finished interviewed the best suitable applicant is then chosen to take up the role of the manager. After the manager is chosen, the owner of Caribbean Motor Spares then train the manager on how to perform tasks and what he/she needs to do to ensure all duties are carried out correctly.
