2. Lack of Specific Planning Methodology:
Issue: CanGo does not have a method and process that determines how to plan, develop and control projects. The implementation of the new system integration and the revision of the current production process flowchart, are good examples of CanGos’ struggles. These projects have not been properly managed due to the fact that the teams at CanGo do not have a methodology model. Management lacks the skills need to achieve the projects objectives, executions and deadlines.
Recommendation: Adopt a project planning methodology. There are two models that fit CanGo. The traditional sequential methodologies; this model is very simple and basic. Mainly, you must finish one task before you move on to the next one.

When a team has been already formed it is time for it to start working on a project in order to reach the goals of the team or company in a whole. It is necessary to keep in mind two peculiarities about team projects. In terms of the whole project the main issues faced were around no changes to project schedule as it is not flexible and project must be completed within 1 year and the scope must be supported and not changed, and it was challenging to find a vendor who could meet these criteria.
