At present there are two technologies attracting attention worldwide that are information technology and BIOTECHNOLOGY. Biotechnology has created a huge space in the economic arena due to its multidisciplinary nature. It can apply to almost any field or industry-from using human genes to create a vaccine to harnessing the natural processes of bacteria to purify water. Biotechnology, thus, can be as intriguing and unexpected as nature itself.

Presentations were a perfect opportunity for me to explore beyond the syllabus and were instrumental in giving me a competitive edge over my peers.
