Task 1: BENEFITS OF BEING PHYSICALLY ACTIVE

Fitness, Health and well being are vital to keeping your body fit because you are then capable of living life to its fullest extent. This will prevent medical conditions more than the unfit people who aren’t bothered to exercise (health status). If we don’t have Fitness, then we will become unfit and it will be more difficult to lose that weight. If we have health and well being, then it will make life a whole lot easier for the person to live their life and not have any harm of getting a disease or cancer that could kill he/she in an instant or a short period of time. Another benefit of being fit includes risk of diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and most cancers. It also maintains muscle and bone mass. The psychological benefits of being fit improves your mood, reduces stress, anxiety and depression. It also improves concentration and focus compared to unfit people who would do nothing. Therefore it is vital that we do as much exercise as possible to disallow these things from happening. …show more content…
