Abandoned by my father when I was 13 years old has made the family's finances worse. Therefore, I am committed not to charge my education to my family. Since junior high school, I had funded my education with scholarships or prizes from some competitions. Being the first child who got an undergraduate education, I realized that the responsibility to raise the dignity of my family was on my shoulders. Therefore, I always focus on every single dream I have. Being able to achieve every dream and useful for family, society, and nation is the real meaning of success for me. 102
Being the fastest graduate with the Cum Laude Honor is one of the achievements I have ever achieved. For a few people, maybe this is not pride. However, not so for my condition. During my undergraduate studies, I ever worked from as a tutor until to be a senior staff in a company with working hours from 08.00 am to 05.00 pm. After that, from 7.20 pm - 9.00 pm, I would go to college. Moreover, I had to complete the tasks and projects given by my lecturers. On the weekends, I was involved in organizations and community service activities. With such routines, sometimes, I have to sleep for only 3-4 hours. However, I never regretted the situation. I had dreamed of being a winner in this prestigious event when I started college (2012). At that time, I read on the STMIK Mikroskil website that the campus representative failed to get a medal in the event. Therefore, I was determined that someday I have to be involved in the event. Three years later, I am very proud because my team and I managed to get the first PIMNAS medal for our campus. Moreover, our application which is Digital Periodic Table of Elements (KASKUS Kimia) can be useful for the wider community, especially high school students in Medan to increase their knowledge and quality of chemistry
