Meaning and purpose help healthcare professionals see the bigger picture of fulfilling the healing power of God. Medical health professions with a well-defined meaning and purpose of their careers often overlook shortcomings involved with the healthcare sector, as they try to manifest their vision and carrying on with their purpose of providing healthcare at all cost. However, too often healthcare professionals tend to lose their purpose of healing and giving care to the sick as they are forced to fit into specific roles by political demands, ill-practices and pressure from high ranking administration personnel. The primary goal of a call to be a healthcare professional which are one’s faith and knowledge of their purpose have been silenced in their place of work thus playing a role in reducing morale and massive exit of skilled professionals from the field of healthcare
