As we know and see that Art is an important yet vital component in our lives; it helps to bring about more people who can try to innovate the world in a better way. In addition, there is also the fact of it being the core heart of culture even with the major global problem that some Arts & Cultures becoming dissolved. This varies in significance between countries, as it tends to be ranking with how relevant it may be. It lacks the essential fully developed cultural tourism industry, which could bring visitors into the country to attend live theatre, festivals, galleries, and similar events and educational institutions.  It recognized these problems and announced that over the next three years it would spend $17.6 million on the province's cultural industry, which includes doubling the budget for the Newfoundland and Labrador Arts Council, a major funding agency for the province's artists. In 2007, the department also created a Status of the Artist Working Committee with as someone to investigate the socio-economic status of the province's professional artists and recommend ways to make their working conditions more stable and financially secure. Committee members include visual artists, playwrights, poets, filmmakers, and other members of the arts community.  Nigeria has the potentials of a creative country and our creative industries can play a major role in driving the economy and addressing the issue of poverty.
