Why do we have gun control? Is it because the people or the criminals? Gun control is a very passionate subject, for the last 200 years people have debated on who should have them, and what they can have. It mainly refers to laws and policies that manage the manufacture, sale, transfer, possession or the use of firearms to control crime and reduces firearm violence. Is it limiting the second amendment of the American people?

Many countries allow citizens to buy firearms with certain restrictions and regulations, but most can't decide if it's a right or just a privilege. In America the same issue is happening, the right to bear arm is view is different ways in different people, agreeing and disagreeing what the people should have. Few states allow full-auto firearms, but the ones that do force a ATF license, full background checks, a $200 ATF tax, and a licensed gun owner that will take ownership to the firearm in the event of your death. Now 2016, the same issues in government are still happening, 179 years later. Don't be fooled gun confiscation has already started. From forcing officers to go into homes and physically take citizen firearms in New York. To Illinois forbidding anyone to carry a firearm, even unloaded, anywhere in the state, then gun rights stripped when any are broken. The government might take in consideration that some states have more hunting than others and will loosen concealment restrictions.
