If you are going to run for President it needs to be done equally, whether it is in our neighborhoods, financially, or even the justice system. Every four years our country undergo a process called the presidential Election, and we the citizens of America vote and choose who we think it’s the right candidate to run our country. I choose these to because they are the most popular people that we are talking about right now. Donald Trump a candidate for the Republican Party that has no political background that is a successful business man and Hillary Clinton a Candidate representing the Democratic Party that has more experience in the political background with being secretary of State which was appointed by former President Barack Obama. Both people have strong and different political views.
I begin my process by going back and looking at the debates and interviews that were given to the candidates. I listened very carefully to what had caught my attention about what their plans are for America. My thinking process was if we select one of these candidates to run our country. Mainly because police brutality has been increasing over the last few years and no one has seem to face the issue. Every day the very men we pay to serve and protect our community use the power given to them, as an advantage. Racially Profiling African Americans, and citizens in the low income areas. I also think the government should offer classes teaching human rights to all people regardless of their income, race or educational background. So we all are informed of our laws and rights. Day after day violence headlines our news and yet all have something to do with police or race. A few examples are Trayvon Martin, Mike Brown and even date back to Rodney Brown.
