The joy in the air, the cold weather, and the overall feeling of contentment shared by everyone, all of these come with christmas. Everyone loves christmas, you get to go shopping buying gifts for all your family and friends, and on christmas morning, you get tons of gifts yourself. However over the years, christmas has become more of a commercial holiday then anything else. Stores view it as a way to make me money, and many people view gift giving as attempting to “outgive” everyone else. This is sad as it detracts away from what christmas is really about, and that is the birth of our saviour Jesus Christ.
