A Christmas Miracle This is not your typical Christmas tale. This story is about a group of friends who decide giving is better than receiving around this time of year. There are tons of children who aren’t fortunate enough to get Christmas presents, let alone plenty who don’t even have family to spend the holidays with. Three best friends ended up figuring that out and worked together to truly create a Christmas miracle. “What do you want for Christmas this year?” asked Bob. “Oh I want a cute little puppy!” squealed Jessica. “I wish that it would snow for once out here,” Bob said with a frown appearing upon his face. “That has never happened before”. “Well I want the brand new limited edition bike that’s only on sale this Christmas!”
Even though you can 't talk about the Christmas movie you 're doing, it 's great that you 're doing one.
In Taylor Swift’s modernized version of “Last Christmas” she walks listeners through a tragic time in her life when she falls for a boy during christmas time; however, he cheats on her and breaks her fragile heart. She shares her mix of emotions from rising anger at how easy it was for the boy to cheat on her to the melancholy that struck her when he left for someone new. This song paints a beautiful picture of the painful effects your actions could have on someone else. The use of hyperboles and idioms explain just the right amount of heartbreak this person felt at the time of the event.
Charles Dickens is often credited as the “man who invented Christmas,” and his persistent and well-adapted tale, A Christmas Carol, has proved a valuable addition to literature that uses the Christmas season as a central theme. “Dickens, of course, did not invent Christmas, but he successfully reintegrated earlier traditions and memories of traditions, and repurposed the Christmas season” (Bloom, 16). The combination of Dickens having reached a low point in his personal life and the harsh social and economic conditions in England, led to the birth of the beloved Christmas classic, A Christmas Carol. Dickens’ experiences with Christianity and the class system also work in coloring his depiction of Christmas.
Have you ever wondered what Christmas is really about? Not including the nice gifts and
Little Johnny had a hard time waiting for Christmas to come. On Christmas Eve, he wrote Santa a letter before going to bed. He said: Dear Santa Claus, thank you for coming to my house to bring me Christmas gifts. When you come to my house, I hope my dog does not bark at you. There will be milk and cookies for you on the dining table. But if you are still hungry, you can use our cell phone and order pizza to go.
Christmases are usually filled with excitement, joy, and family, but this was like no regular Christmas. This was a Christmas straight out of the “Nightmare Before Christmas” movie. A few years ago, we travelled to Tampico, Tamaulipas in Mexico for Christmas to spent a week with my aunt. She lives near the beach, and we always spent our time running through the water and building sandcastles. Although my time there is filled with a ton of good memories, it also consists of scary stories, myths and legends of witches and of Mexico's very own, the Llorona. No matter how many times I hear these stories, they still scare me. But at the end of the day, they were just stories and that would comfort me.
The true story of Santa Claus begins with Nicholas, who was born during the third century in the village of Patara. At the time the area was Greek and is now on the southern coast of Turkey. His wealthy parents, who raised him to be a devout Christian, died in an epidemic while Nicholas was still young. Obeying Jesus' words to "sell what you own and give the money to the poor," Nicholas used his whole inheritance to assist the needy, the sick, and the suffering. He dedicated his life to serving God and was made Bishop of Myra while still a young man. Bishop Nicholas became known throughout the land for his generosity to the those in need, his love for children, and his concern for sailors and ships.
On December 25th of every year families gather together to celebrate Christmas. They exchange gifts to one another, have cookouts, go to church etc. But many people forget the true meaning of why we celebrate Christmas. That this is the day Jesus was born. It’s his birthday!

I rolled both my fists, held them straight down the sides of my body as I stomped my foot down and roared, “You want me to look at flowers this winter vacation?”

I think Christmas has always been one of my favorite holidays. Maybe because of the special atmosphere that you can feel everywhere, in shops, restaurants , pubs and even streets, where you can hear the magical carols, or maybe it's because of its religious background, but what I can tell you for sure is that I can't think of anything more exciting than the image of the entire family preparing the Christmas Tree or fixing the Christmas dishes.
