He is an ambitious person who already had opened three pizza stores within 5 year and willing to be a franchise. However, things started getting challenging with the rapid growth of his business. Several complicate problems have become the bottleneck for him to expand his business continuously. Therefore, I have prepared the following recommendations on how to deal with the problems Angelo’s Pizza faces. Recommendations Franchising may a good way to expend Angelo’s business by allowing others to replicate his business for a fee, he can expand his business faster and for less investment capital than he would need Firstly, a good hire is one whose skills, knowledge and abilities match well with the requirements of the job and the culture of the small business. HR management can benefit a small business, such as Angelo’s Pizza, through the development and administration of processes that can help to minimize the odds of a bad hire. The department also would ensure the workforce embraces the company’s philosophy principle. After all, employees are a critical component of all businesses; they are part of the delivery of the product and service. Their performance, commitment and loyalty to the job are critical and can be boosted through successful Human I suggest Angelo to develop successful human resources functions base on his business scale and capital. For Angelo’s Pizza stores, he needs to hire a human resource manager to oversee the department functions and manage employee. The manager will provide guidance and direction to compensation and benefits specialists, and also responsible for employee training and development which include new hire orientation, leadership training and professional development seminars and workshops. Thronging examine employee performance records to identify whether employees could improve their job skills or qualified their positions. In addition, Angelo needs hire an HR assistant to handle administrative task like managing the HRIS, filing paperwork, posting job ads and ensures the firm is compliant with all regulatory and labor regulations.
