Recommended: Bullying in school introduction

Throughout my freshman years in high school I was bullied by one student named “Brian”. He was a lot taller and muscular than because at that time I did not reach puberty. I did not meet any new friends in the beginning of the semester yet because all of my middle school friends went to different high school. He would make fun of me because how feminine my face looked especially with the long hair I had. My body was not developed yet and my voice has not deepened. He would bring up rumors towards his friend saying that I was gay because of how feminine I looked which related towards my low level of testosterone. I would always ignore him because he would make fun of me every time I had the same classes with him. Because of Brian, I was insecure …show more content…

Male to Male Competition was a false concept because he did dominate other males and take all the females away from me. Though he had size over me he did not want to fight in school because our school had strict policy. One fight will get you suspended or expelled. He just had a big mouth with hurting words that I did not enjoy hearing. Unlike the Silverback Gorillas they had fight for social dominance to get all female mates to themselves. Gorillas have no need for large testicles as a dominant Silverback Gorilla drives away competitors with physical size. Human are different than Gorillas we do not need to fight another human to get our mate. Miller and Satoshi Kanazawa for the part that talks about sexual variety is more of an reality of how men desire for eight different sex partners in two years rather than the concept of Male to Male competition. There would be more polygyny in our society and larger males would pass on their genes towards many females. Throughout high school my friends started noticing my growth spurt and my voice started to deepen. I knew I was growing and was happy. As my testosterone levels were increasing I notice my muscles were developing and I started growing hair all over my body. I started to be more attracted to the opposite sex and I would ask girls out. Relating to adult different within boys I was above the average height of 5’9” being 5’10” the only concern I had was my weight it was below 165lbs being below average. I eat around 2000 calories every day, but the problem is that my body burns the calories fast because of my metabolism. My friends would always ask me why do you always go to the restroom after you eat and I would say my metabolism is fast. It was very hard for me to gain weight ,until one friend of mine recommended me to workout because he was skinny like me being only 128 lbs. Throughout, my last quarter I been attending the gym on campus and I notice results in my weight I started gaining weight.
