Focus on making healthy food and beverage choices from all five food groups including fruits, vegetables, grains, protein foods, and dairy to get the nutrients you need. Eat the right amount of calories for you based on your age, sex, height, weight, and physical activity level. Building a healthier eating style can help you avoid overweight and obesity and reduce your risk of diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. I have used this website before for a class project in nutrition and it was great I would track my food intake everything it not to big on daily exercise but it does have a section where it provides recommended exercise for each age group. The amount of food from the Dairy Group you need to eat depends on age. In general, 1 cup of milk, yogurt, or soymilk (soy beverage), 1 ½ ounces of natural cheese, or 2 ounces of processed cheese can be considered the needed amount for the diary group. As far as physical activity and exercise physical activity is important for everyone, but how much you need depends on your age. Adults should do at least 2 hours and 30 minutes each week.
