Throughout my life I have set many goals for myself. Each goal is a small step towards achieving my idea of the American Dream. Every person in America has their own idea or version of what the American Dream is. To me, an American Dream is something that we can all achieve, but it will take a lot of hard work in order for us to be successful. Certain people will dream of happiness and others might dream of wealth, but I believe the dream that I want to achieve is something more meaningful than those things. Each of the three goals will help me complete my idea of the American Dream. Attending College of the Ozarks will help me prepare for having a farm and both of these goals combined will help me achieve the goal of having a nice house and a family. I want to attend College of the Ozarks because it will allow me to get the education that I need in order to be successful in the other goals that I intend to accomplish. Having a nice house and cars is extremely important to me and within time I plan to have enough money to help me get those things. A family is something that I do not think much about at the moment, but in the future I would like to have one to share my life experiences with and be connected to people that share the same values that I do. I have always wanted a farm. I have really had a particular reason why, but it is something that I have always cherished. Growing up on a farm has made me realize how hard it actually is to maintain and manage one. I want to do something that will fit my abilities the best and having a farm will allow me to be the best version of myself. Personally, I would choose farming as the best occupation for me because it is basically all I know how to do.
