For the last ingredients in my perfect president made for you, congress, I chose traits from Alan Turing. A president must be able to solve the most difficult problems, and also have a good sense of logic to make the best decisions for his country and his people. Alan Turing is good at solving hard problems, and has an outstanding logic, he was the one that invented the early computer. During World War II, Germany had invented an encryption machine called the Enigma. All fronts and ships in the German military had a one, so they could exchange the coded messages. Everything sent by the Nazis were encrypted by this machine, and it was creating big problems for the Allies. It was here Alan made use of his talents for solving problems, by using his logic. He created a prototype for the first known computer, called the Bombe, which he used in deciphering the Enigma. In 1941, Alan Turing could conclude that his machine had solved the mystery with the Enigma, and that this could change the outcome of the war. Actually, Alan Turing solved the Enigma, not because he felt pressured to, but because he found it an interesting problem he wanted to prove was solvable. Sadly, I couldn’t find any historical figure who has lived forever, or else I would have added that person as well. Since I have used too much time on this project and have not followed my usual Russian work ethic, I would have appreciated my perfect president to live forever. However, you, 144th congress of the United States, were the ones to assign me this project, which I am most grateful for. I had forgotten how satisfying it was to infiltrate your government last time. I hope that, in near future, you will contact me for another job assignment again. Maybe I can create an ideal Speaker of the
