Recommended: Poverty Alleviation Proposal

The name of the business that I admire is the Acumen Fund; it is a not-for-profit organization. Acumen Fund is addressing the large social issue of poverty that affects millions of people in the world today. They help other organizations that provide those in need with goods and services by using entrepreneur-like skills and by providing them with funding. I chose this particular social enterprise because it really interested me. I had no idea that a business like this had existed; I know that many organizations try to resolve the issue of poverty, but this one has a very different approach.
