A peak performer is someone who is a go-getter. They set goals, strive to achieve them, and don’t stop until they do. They use all of their strengths and knowledge to aid them in doing so. They are highly motivated, risk takers (Bethel University, 2013).

A peak performer can be anyone, and possess many different qualities to aid them in achieving their goals. They are very self aware, and know their own strengths and weaknesses, and how to manage, and utilize them. They are never done learning, and are continually trying to become better than they were the day before. If they run into a problem, they find a way to overcome that hurdle and push forward. They are confident, and they take small steps that lead to long-term goals (Bethel University, 2013). However, I 'm still very responsible, and everything always gets done, in a timely manner.

I was enlightened on some things that could use some improvement, again such as managing time, and money. I never really thought about whether or not I was good at things, because it didn 't matter. I still get where I need to be on time, even if I was in a rush and my hair is wet. My bills still get paid on time, even if we have to slightly struggle, for the next couple of weeks until payday. If I could just make myself, get up a little earlier, and stop spending money on frivolous things, I could arrive places on time, with dry hair, and eat more steaks instead of hamburgers!

I was actually surprised to find that I tied between being a kinesthetic learner, and an auditory learner. Mainly because I find it so hard to make myself pay attention to the Attend videos, in each section. I had a very low score for being a visual learner, which didn 't surprise me at
