Firstly, I don't think people should compare this film with the first Avengers. They're completely different. The first one was just about bringing the team together, and this one is partly about breaking them up but also sets up a lot of the future MCU. I found the plot to be interesting, and different from anything else we've seen thus far. There were a lot of characters, but I didn't think the film was overstuffed or difficult to follow. Although, I do think they rushed Ultron's origin. You can tell a lot of material was removed in the final cut. Overall I think that the show was worth seeing, even though I let my parents pick the film--which I will never do again by the way-- I think that it was a good production. It was a little boring at first, which might have just been because I didn’t really want to see it in the first place, but the storyline was pretty good. I personally like humor, so I tend to pick shows that I know will have some humor, but I’m proud of myself for seeing something outside of my comfort zone.

...to enjoy in this comic style book. The passage of time is not necessarily well defined in this book, it seems to go really fast and then really slow. For me that aspect is somewhat annoying. The less traditional reader will enjoy the comic book style used here where the pictures are in many instances more important than the actual words which appear in thought bubbles on the page. The plot is not necessarily extremely obvious, but I find that, at least in my opinion, most comic books don’t really have much of a plot. I think the authors did a good job of staying true to the style of writing intended for this publication and the dialogue seemed completely in line with the cartoon characters. I am not a fan of comics, this book didn’t really change that for me, but I think that it is an overall good piece of literature for those who enjoy this style of writing.
Honestly I thought that the movie had such a simple story but at the same time it is so complex. The way it was delivered it was amazing, it's such a moving film. The actor’s were amazing, there isn’t anything I would want to change about this film. I would 100% recommend this movie to anyone, its so inspiring and it really makes you think.
It is an amazing movie that deals with hard topics very well. I can only think of a few gripes I have with it. The Confederate’s were just viewed as the bad guys because their bad guys, whenever they are on screen they look like a bunch of hill billies with guns. Also there isn't much character development outside of Robert and Trip. Other than that I can't really say much bad about it. If you are a fan of war movie, you'll love it. If you are a fan of civil rights movies, you'll love it. If you are a fan historical movies, you will love it. If you love movies in general, watch this movie! It is amazingly acted, the score drives each scene, and the emotion presented is very powerful. It's a definite yes from me! I loved almost every moment of the two hour run time. During those ages when we are just a little kid, we dreamt to be a superhero that could protect the world from being attacked or destroyed by enemies. We always worship to the superheroes that we liked when we watch the superheroes movies. Not only that, we also even act as them by using a scarf, tie on our necks and crazy around with our friends. Recently, I adored with two kinds of superhero movies after I watched them. Those movies are The Kick-Ass 2 and The X-Men 2 which mainly attract teenager’s attention nowadays when they plan to watch a movie. However, there are many differences between these two superheroes movie that we could see from their abilities, costume, and even their operation when they fight criminal.
“Ant-Man” is one of those movies I always meant to go see in theaters but never did. I wasn’t particularly excited for it, and I was among the skeptics who doubted Paul Rudd’s casting as the titular shrinking superhero. Nevertheless, with a certain conflict between buddies upon us, I finally saw “Ant-Man” and, while not spectacular, it is certainly a solid movie. The 12th installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe follows Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), a corporate employee with a master’s in electrical engineering turned burglar.
I have to disagree with both of these reviews. I believe that the story was brilliantly written and the cinematography was beautiful. This movie touched me and had me in tears, which believe me is hard to do. I do agree with the New York Times and New Yorker that it was a little dragged out and that Kiera Knightly's acting was over rated. Other than that, I would defiantly recommend this movie.
In the article, The Masked Avengers, by David Kushner, Kushner describes and goes into detail about the life of a man named, Christopher Doyon. Kushner starts his article with the childhood of Doyon and how he became involved with hacking groups early in his life. Doyon’s mother passed away when he was a child and he grew up with an abusive father. At fourteen years old, Doyon left his abusive home and moved to Cambridge, Massachusetts where he joined his first hacker group called the Tech Model Railroad Club. Although Doyon was very into computers and hacking groups, he was not a skilled coder. He felt that he was more of an activist and that using computers and technology was his way to get his point across.
When people think of heroes and villains they think of the characters who play these roles in cartoon movies like Batman and Spiderman, but in reality, anyone can be a hero and anyone can be a villain. Heroes are considered to be inspirational and bold because of what they do to help others. While villains are typically defined as a wicked or evil person who makes others feel helpless.
Although the movie missed an important scene, it managed to pull the audience back in through the action scenes and one charming main character. The treasure hunting really would have tied together all the characters and actions together without leaving the movie unsettled. The scary scenes with Injun Joe really brought the evil character to life all the way from his beginning to his dying end. Then to top off the whole movie, they brought in a curly haired Tom Sawyer. He was like a vision from the book with perfect attitude and slyness that keep you grinning. The movie is an engrossing film with points that leave you anxious and a saucy boy that you can’t help but love.
The book and the movie were both very good. The book took time to explain things like setting, people’s emotions, people’s traits, and important background information. There was no time for these explanations the movie. The book, however, had parts in the beginning where some readers could become flustered.
The characters were very well written. Maya is not your stereotypical femme fatale, and really drives the story with her determination. Jessica Chastain wore no makeup a majority of the movie and kept her hair unkempt in order to show how little sleep and how dedicated her character Maya was to her job. The growth of her character was very subtle, however it was difficult to tell what separated Maya from her colleagues. It may have been that she was a woman in the man’s world that covert intelligence
The Golden Age of Comics was perhaps the greatest era in comic book history. Many people loved the comics during this time period because they were all stories about good triumphing over evil.
