In Google, owners believe that treating people correctly and keeping them pleased is better than making a lot of money. As Maslow said motivation is based on achieving certain needs. After completing one level of human need people look to finish the next one, and so on. On the other hand, Vroom believes that individuals changed their behavior based on their calculation of anticipated outcomes. As Maslow and Vroom argued motivation is the key to success and is behind human behavior.
