Globalization has become the root of changing the demographic diversity of the workforce in an organization throughout the world. Diversity does not only imply race and gender, but it shows that every person is different and that their culture is characterized as individual. The research findings in this paper show that cultural diversity is highly valued in many organizations, but the need of awareness and training for employees. Globalization today has integrated a diverse group of intelligent workers to many of the highly successful companies. As diversity integrates into companies, a continuing need for effective diversity management and human resource management are needed to effectively manage a professional diverse workplace (Shen et al., 2009). The proper use of diversity management through good human resource practices leads to affirmative outcomes. Therefore, professional diversity management must become one of the main concerns for human resource management practices for all organizations.
