Claude wants to increase his profits by expanding and improving his public skating program. Although he already holds a successful hockey program, he was hoping to utilize prime times on the weekends in order to bring in more revenue. He’s included 14 public skating sessions in his schedule but they haven’t attracted many people. He thought about cancelling some less attractive sessions, but he felt that he needed to offer a variety of skate times for the many different people he’s already attracted.
