In today’s society, we take the luxury of normalcy for granted. We produce a daily failure to realize that even the people we rave about on reality TV shows, movies, sitcoms, and talk shows suffer from emotional abuse and extreme invasion of privacy. Celebrities have every right to privacy because no matter how famous, they are citizens of the United States and are entitled to their constitution. Although out the celebrities’ career they face the brutality of paparazzi. They knew that the lifestyle came with paparazzi and other nuisances that have their own opinions. However, nobody initially wants to be hounded all the time and mistreated. A celebrity’s main ambition in life is to fulfill their passion. It is true that the constant attention in the public eye is beneficial for their career, but is the slander and derision worth it all, in other words, is bad news really good news? You cannot force them into the spot light when they aren’t seeking attention. A celebrity’s role is to perform, entertain and persuade. According to Dictionary.com a paparazzo is “a freelance photographer especially one who takes candid pictures of celebrities for publication”. Paparazzi and stalkers are one and the same. The Stalking Resource Center and many other states describe stalking as, “Following, approaching, or confronting that person, or a member of that person's immediate family and also, appearing in close proximity to, or entering the person's residence, place of employment, school, or other place where the person can be found, or the residence, place of employment or school of a member of that person's immediate family.” Paparazzi are found on several occasions committing these same acts. It is understandable that these pestering people need to make a living also, so in result of respecting privacy, the celebrity can willingly award them select information about their lives. However, we lack the ability to comprehend. The Pledgee says that all citizens of the United States are entitled to justice. This requires the right to walk freely, the right to speak without worry and the right to have privacy as it is their birth right. No matter the profession or salary privacy belongs to everyone.
When considering the issue of celebrities receiving unfair treatment by making their punishment worse than a regular persons is totally un orthodox so it is essential to know that their regular too. Also all people don’t know what rules they are violating or what rules they need to know so they won’t violate them. All people aren’t guilty neither are they all innocent but they should suffer equal consequences.
As celebrities stand distinctively among the masses and cast out their halos of personality charm and strong suits of skilled abilities, the controversies about them are unavoidable shadows created from their fame. With the popularization of celebrity culture, information synchronization, and communication technology, their lives are publicly exposed and various forms of media (depending on eras) record their flaws. Tough information transmitted to audiences are frequently biased, evidences of objective reality remains, even in the remote past.

After observing and researching all the sources portraying celebrities I have came into a conclusion that todays society it seems like all we want is to be accepted and we tend to look at other people and judge. Its not right, we all are different and thats what makes the world go round. It would be a pretty boring world if we were all the same. Celebrities deal with this everyday, I think the paparazzi know more about some celebrities lives than they actually do. They judge them for who they are and what they do, it is not right nor fair.

Photographing an individual whether famous or not in public will not violate that person’s privacy under the laws in most countries. Assuming the paparazzi isn’t assaulting someone or trespassing or otherwise doing something illegal while taking such a picture, he or she will not be violating the law.
