Recommended: The importance of dental hygiene

Have you ever wondered how your daily drinks like coffee,sweet tea,or coke stain your teeth. Well I'm doing an experiment that tells you why. After you drink your coffee in the morning your should always brush your teeth or if you are at work and you don’t have time to then rinse out your mouth with water. Putting any kind of whitener in your coffee will not prevent yellow coloring to your teeth. Brushing your teeth daily and getting regular dental cleanings will prevent cavities and the yellowish bone color. Food and leftover pieces build up on your teeth and gums it hardens and and that's what makes the yellow bone color.
