1.5 DATA COLLECTION:

The main source of this study lies on the systematic collection of data. This study have made use of both primary as well as secondary data.

Primary data:

• Questionnaire: A detailed and well-structured questionnaire was prepared for both the managers and employees of Kitex Ltd and copies of the same were being distributed among them at random to obtain their views and suggestions.

• Observation method: The employees were observed keenly to acquire more knowledge about the study.

Secondary data:

The secondary data was gathered from academic textbook, company journals, company websites and through discussion with the individuals in the organisation.

TECHNIQUES USED FOR ANALYSIS:
The data collected is analysed using percentage analysis and interpreted through bar diagrams and pie charts.
PERCENTAGE ANALYSIS = NUMBER OF RESPONDENTS *100 TOTAL SAMPLE

LIMITATION OF THE STUDY:
• As it was a busy schedule in the company we were not given permission to interact with the lower level employees.
