I tend to be analytical, as previously mentioned, and supportive of others. Upholding high principles of morality and ethics have made me flourish as I have a lot of empathy towards the needy. Due to my experiences and abilities as a student, I believe I can be considered a strong candidate for the National Honor Society as I will be able to contribute to society most effectively and reach my full potential in helping others. I take it as my duty to help, serve, be an uplifting power and example for others in my community. When I do serve and help others the only payment I receive is the pleasure and satisfaction of helping others who need it. Serving other people by going to Casa Feliz and donating seafood every once in a while with my family to the nursing home in La Ceiba has made me eager to dedicate more of my time to them as I have enjoyed being able to help them one way or another. I know that being a member of the NHS will help me to contribute more in this
I am exceptionally grateful for this opportunity to possibly be a member of this very prestigious organization. Every day I work tremendously hard to be noticed by both other scholars and my teachers. Now that an opportunity has come, I am truly excited to demonstrate and live by the values of The National Junior Honors Society. National Honors Society is an extremely prestigious and well-known group that gave me the opportunity to assist the community while working harmoniously with my peers. To get into NHS, there are four pillars one must fulfill, including, scholar, service, leadership, and character. One may not realize it, but these qualities apply all throughout life. National Technical Honor society is a prestigious club. Having the opportunity to apply for this prestigious society had left one honored. Being in such a prestigious program will open many more doors, and give one more opportunity to succeed in the future. I feel that all the candidates for this prestigious program have the grades and are all capable of being part of this program, but I also feel that by describing my unique set of skills I can merit membership into National Technical Honor Society and be a beneficial member.
The National Honor Society is a very prestigious organization that I would love to be a part of. It was an honor to be nominated as a candidate. I am currently a sophomore in high school, and I have always wanted to be a member of the National Honor Society. As I look back over the years and think of the times I have attended the ceremonies and saw all the awards the members received, I recall saying to myself “That’s going to be me one day.”. I asked my teachers about all the requirements that had to be met to be a National Honor Society member and I made it my main goal to meet each and every one.
To be in the National Junior Honor Society, one must have good citizenship and character. National Honor Society is constructed upon four fundamental pillars: scholarship, service, leadership, and character. Each one is an important quality and is demonstrated throughout the organization’s leaders and members. They are taught and respected because of their huge impacts departed on the chapter’s surrounding schools and communities. Before I joined N.H.S., I displayed the four pillars in varies activities, groups, studies, and events. My acceptance into N.H.S presented many new prospects for me to join other organizations and projects. However, I still lacked in my confidence and could improve each attribute.
I am honored to be considered as an upcoming member of the National Honor Society. Being a dedicated honor roll student, I believe I would be a great fit for the program. Personally, no characteristics stands out more to me than hard work and dedication. Although I know I will never be flawless, I consider striving for perfection to be my greatest quality. Whether it be working on an athletic skill or endeavoring to get an A on my English paper, I always try my best and results show. Grades are and always will be my top priority and it is not uncommon for me to spend a copious amount of time studying or doing homework outside of school. The National Honor Society would benefit from my membership in numerous ways. I have previous experience with the society with being a member of the NJHS in middle school. In addition to bringing a great GPA with my membership, I bring all of the other key elements that makes the NHS what it is today.
