During the late 18th century the first conflict in history involving the colonists was formed. The British began to force colonists to follow laws that violated their natural rights which involved: Rights to life, to liberty, and to property. The American Revolution created mobs in response to the taxes that were imposed by the British Government, due to their financial crisis in which British suffered from the French and Indian War. Although the main cause of this revolution cannot be blamed on any one event, there was a series of events that ultimately lead to the American Revolution. There were many causes that angered the colonists in which caused him to rebel against the British. Although some colonists rebelled because they believed that the king of England was a tyrant, others chose to be loyal to the king and appreciate his rules amongst the colonists. The British was essential to the colonists in whom they offered them military protection and a stability of government, even though the colonists weren't well represented in the parliament. Many colonists felt that the tyrannical rules of the King violated their rights causing many disputes. Some colonists who remained loyal to the King, known as loyalists, believed that the king was doing the right thing on taxing and ruling them, others just did not agree with this and sparked the first civil war on the United States. To show how much the colonists hated the idea of tea getting taxed, they dumped tons of tea on the Pacific Ocean to symbolize that they did not want to be taxed, in their words it was a violation of their civil rights. By rebelling against the government and causing destruction, the colonists expressed how angered they were and how badly they wanted to break ... ... middle of paper ... ...ton massacre started sparking up the revolution that began to shape the United states. Although some colonists did stay loyal due to their royal duties as well as the wealthy who benefited a lot from these laws, many of them in fact believed that the government was to controlling over the colonies, hence the government commanded his troops to seize gun powder and guns from the colonists. The revolution was brought by a number of different things. The idea that the rule of Britain was injustice as portrayed by colonists. The policies made were corrupt because the money collected was used against the colonists’, only the rich benefited from it. The colonists had no representation in Parliament to protect them from these injustice acts, so they decided to start a revolution. The success of this revolution shaped the success of the country now called the United States.
