Physical activity in school can provide stress relief and prevent from burnout towards students. Numerous studies have been published and proven that exercising can reduce stress and maintain mental fitness. According to Mayo Clinic, exercise and stress relief can escalate the overall health as well as to direct the benefits of stress reduction. It can “pumps up your endorphins” by producing good neurotransmitters in the brain to be delighted and cheerful, “[meditates] in motion” which can directly focus on maintaining peaceful and clear while completing tasks, as well as “improves your mood” by increasing self-confidence which would be able to minimize anxiety.
