The best meats to eat include chicken, turkey, fish, beef, etc. You should definitely avoid processed meat products such as hamburgers, sausage, salami and bacon. In addition to meats and vegetables, you will also need to eat healthy carbohydrates such as brown rice, whole-wheat pasta, whole grain bread, sweet potato, quinoa etc. Some healthy fats include olive oil, avocado and nuts.
