In the beginning of Mark, the Baptist John was outside preaching to the people and baptizing Jesus proclaiming how Jesus would baptize the people with the Holy Spirit. Once John was arrested, Jesus went throughout the country of Galilee having two men follow him to teach them. They were all astonished of his holy ways. Jesus then rebuked an unholy spirit, and when the people say they gasped with astonishment. That night the whole city came to Jesus to help the sick and cast away the demons. Crowds then formed around Jesus later on in the month. Jesus taught to the people explaining the meaning between husband and wife; man and women. The way we seek and understand the significance of Jesus today is during the harder times of our lives. When we have completely given up and believe there is nothing you can do to make things better, we step back and pray.
