Yellow fever is an acute viral disease is a hemorrhagic fever caused by the Flavvirus. Acute means it comes onset rapidly meaning it affects the whole body. Experts believe the disease originated in Africa and it was introduced in South America in the slave trade within the 16th century. Several major disease epidemic cases have taken place in Europe, the Americans and Europe since the 17th century. It was deemed as the most common dangerous disease in the 19th century.

In some cases many people who have the virus may not even experience the symptoms I’m describing however if they are not experiencing the symptoms one way you can really tell that they have the yellow fever in in the eyes and skin of the person they turn into a yellowish color.

Anyone is at risk of getting yellow fever virus so mostly everyone should get the yellow fever vaccine within the age of 9 months through 59 years of age traveling or living in an area that is most at risk for the virus for example Africa, Latin America. Other ways it’s just to wear proper clothing such as long sleeve shirts, long pants and lastly to be wear when the mosquito are out the majority the mosquito tend to come out during dusk and dawn and they usually feed at daytime.
Yellow fever is an acute disease meaning that it can be hard to cure however many people have found ways we as humans can at least prevent the disease by just being really precautious of what insects are surrounding you . Since Yellow fever there hasn’t been any treatment that we know of the doctor at least try to easing on the symptoms just like the common cold it has the similar symptoms of the yellow fever such as muscle pain and dehydration. Because of the risk of internal bleeding the person that may think they have yellow fever should avoid some medication that contains nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory
