One of my favorite experiences was when I went to my first live soccer game. This to me is one of the best experiences I’ve been through because soccer is my favorite sport. So to get the chance to watch to watch a game live was a wonderful experience. What made this experience so memorable was the fact that México was playing, which is my favorite national team. It was great to see players that I looked up to, in person. Another thing that made it better was that I got to go with my family and we all got to experience the game together. When I asked her, she told me right of way that it was okay because she knew how much it meant to me. I got very happy and let my uncles know that she agreed to me going. Then we talk about what time we are leaving the next day and get all the other small details sorted out. It’s finally the next day and we head out a couple hours before the game. As we are on the way there, we got lost but found our way to the stadium just in time before the game started. The first thing you see is how full the parking lot was. I get a feeling that I can’t describe I get to see my favorite team play and I didn’t know how long it would be to see them again so I just soak up the moment. I get to see players that I watched on TV for so long, in actual person. I see my team doing good and playing very well, but we couldn’t get the goal. The other team started to play better than us, and they scored because of it. You could hear the stadium erupt in cheers when as they took the lead. Even though we were losing I didn’t get upset because I was just happy to be there. The environment there was just so positive, you could hear people from both sides screaming and chanting for their team. People started to do the wave and it was so entertaining to be a part of it and to see thousands of people do it all at once. The final score was 2-0 in favor of Colombia it sucked that we didn’t win, but I was not really bothered because the experience its self was enough for me to go home happy, a win would have just been the icing on the
