The Truman show is a show where they adopted a baby from nursery and document his life from infant to death. Coming up here today, I want to voice why The Truman show is inhumane and a grave violation to human rights. Why is cruel and why it unfair for Truman to be prisoned for his whole life. Truman doesn’t even know that his whole life is a lie? He doesn’t know that it’s all being reordered for a show to entertain the show’s audience.
You may be thinking, this is a good opportunity for him to become a star, but think again. Getting taken away from an infant and being brainwashed into thinking the world around you is normal, well isn’t normal.

He is stopped by people around him and them making excuses to prevent him knowing what’s really going on. He has the right to freedom of movement within his country. Everyone has the right to leave a country and to return home. Why keep him trapped, not being able to expose the outside world? As if he is a prisoner?
All of you producing the Truman show or even watching show should know this must be stopped. Yet we act as if it is not a concern to us and normal for him to live his fake life.
No one has the right to intrude in Truman’s private life or interfere with his home and family. No one has the right to attack your good name. Why interrupt into someone’s private life? Its wrong due to the fact Truman can’t even enjoy his own time by himself.
In our world now, majority of us privileged people get privacy in our home with our family and friends. I have one question for you. Why do you feel uncomfortable if someone intruded into your private life, but feel perfectly fine intruding into Truman’s private life? You don’t see him as a living being? You only see him as if he is an object. We all have personal things we don’t want to show on camera or anyone to know, so why do it to
