Back in Babylon 4,000 years ago their first law code was similar to our current code today. It’s because everything was still the same as back then. So meaning what they have back then was still the same as today society. People need to abide by the rules and without them there will be chaos in today worlds. People will be fighting, stealing, and killing people even. So yes we all need to abide the law. The differences between criminal is that it’s a person who committed a crime. For examples if a person left his house to go run some errand and there has been someone stalking him on rather he will be home or how long is he out for. They do this is to rob someone house so like I say he left the house and those burglar got into his house because he found the spare key that was hidden. If an act of violence occur when these things are taking place it’s consider a felony and not a criminal. There was news on “Two arrested after east Tulsa burglary” on September 29, 2015. On this one it was a criminal case because they were caught. They were arrested on Tuesdays morning’s burglary in the east Tulsa area. They burglarize someone home on that Tuesday morning and were caught shortly after. The law that was broken was going into someone house and burglarizing it. What should have been prevented is the home needs to be securely shut tight along with checking your alarm systems and seeing if it works or not. Neighbor should have seen someone or something that look suspicious. So seeing these things ahead of time could have prevented the home from being
