In this paper I will expose a situation that has created curiosity in me. I live in Dosquebradas city and I have noticed that the number of homeless people has been incremented and has become a problem for all of the citizens. In this written I will propose a solution for this problem, attaching my reasons to the laws of my country; and providing facts that supports the episodes lived day by day in the streets of Dosquebradas. Homeless people in the city become a big problem for many situations. First, they sleep in the doors of the houses and they use gardens, parks and avenues as bathrooms. We all know the negative contributions that this create due to the fact that this biological trash helps to the spread of diseases and high levels of contamination referring to the horrible smell that it produces. The second reason is that most of them have decided to steal and attack people for money. The law mentioned is related to the respect for animal’s rights. My proposal is to use homeless people for the experiments and testing’s instead of using animals. In this way they will do a contribution to the society without bothering the peace of the streets, they can have an economic incentive and as all we know in Colombia no one cares about homeless people. As a proof of this, I will like to invite you to look the “Constitución Política” and search for a law that supports and defends the homeless people providing them any kind of security finance by the
