Project management is a methodical approach to planning and guiding project processes from beginning to end. It is a strategy used by administrations, allowing them to determine project outcomes to business objectives and to better challenge the business environment. In other words, project management is the analyzing, evaluating, designing and development of an idea. (Rouse, 2008) Virtual teams consist of individuals from different time zones, cultures or ethnicities and languages, which are combined to achieve an objective. There are several problems that could arise because of the different origins such as difference in language, culture, performance, time zones etc. Virtual teams have robust business reasoning. Virtual teams can be fashioned rapidly and are responsive in nature. These teams can benefit organizations in dropping their reaction time to variations in today’s agitated competitive markets. These organizations are also capable in influencing skill that is dispersed over topographical regions that were formerly left unexploited. Additionally, virtual teams can also profit employees as they reduce the disturbance of the worker’s life by demanding less travel time to encounter with spread teams. Moreover, team members have the chance to widen their understanding by working through organizations and cultures. On the other hand, the capability for persons to work together over distance, time, and or organizational limitations increases complication the risk that the team will be ineffective in attaining its
