Horizontal integration is a firm in one industry, for example, television, broadens to another industry, for example, telecommunications. Masked the boundaries between telecommunications computer and media industries, which led to a monster of information production, communication, and distribution. Vertical integration is firms that focused on one point in the production chain, for example, film production, of a district broadened into another part, for example, film distribution. Both forms of expansion drove industry convergence within the districts. A social perspective is a perspective on human behavior and it is linked to society as a whole. This perspective invites us to search for the relation between the behavior of individual people and the system of the society in which they live. There are three major forms of social perspectives, symbolic interactionism, structural-functionalism, and conflict theory. Symbolic interactionalism leads people to acknowledge the symbols and details of everyday life, what these symbols signify, and how each person interacts with one another. Structural-functionalism which is also known as the "consensus theory." With this form of social perspective, people can attempt to identify the structure of society and how they function. This form of perspective stresses that relations among the individuals, groups, and societies go after well-defined patterns of social organization. It also accentuates stability, harmony, and evolution. The last form of perspective is conflict theory which addresses the point of stress and conflict in society and the way in which they commit to social change. Society is not based on solidarity or social consensus; however, it is based on competition. Form a social perspective the short-to-medium-term impact that the convergence of digital technology has had, has changed our lives in various ways. The constant convergence of digital technology has made our lives more effortless as consumers by permitting us to search the web more quickly, efficiently and conveniently. Social network applications on phones permit users to stay regularly connected just at the touch of a button. In terms of short-to-medium-term impacts from a social perspective, there are a noticeable number of impacts of which the convergence of digital technology has had on society. The
